Does the Faith-Based DAO make our ministry tax-exempt?
No — and anyone who tells you a formation package does is selling you exposure. Tax exemption is a separate determination by the relevant authority. This package forms and administers your organization properly, which is the foundation an exemption application stands on — it never represents the organization as tax-exempt.
Does a Tribal DAO create federal recognition or sovereignty?
No. Formation creates an organization with governance, records, and a registry identity. It does not create federal tribal recognition, sovereign status, governmental authority, or tax exemption — and community credentials are not government-issued identification.
When is a DAO Trust actually funded?
When assets are genuinely transferred and the evidence verifies — not when documents are signed, a token is minted, or a registry entry exists. The platform tracks funding as its own status with evidence, because that is the only honest way to track it.
What does the blockchain actually prove?
A registry fingerprint proves that a document matches the exact version recorded — nothing more. It does not prove truth, validity, ownership, or value. Confidential records (beneficiaries, participants, personal details) are never placed on-chain.
Who owns the platform?
The platform technology remains the provider's property. Clients receive licensed, white-labeled access — your name, your colors, your portal. Branding is not ownership of the software, and licensing terms are enforced in the system itself.
